Why wander with me?

As a multifaceted guide and practitioner, I focus on holistic and practical day-to-day wellbeing. I am a Yoga Alliance-certified multi-style Yoga Teacher, an experienced Life Coach and a Mindfulness Practitioner with +6 years of experience in coaching, running wellness workshops, meditation circles and online and in-person support groups. At the core of anything I do is holism, integrity, intentionality, curiosity, non-judgement and confidentiality.
