I am a Yoga Alliance-certified multi-style Yoga Teacher with 4 years of online and in-person teaching experience.

Please note: I am not currently offering any public classes, but get in touch if you'd like private lessons for you or a group of friends.

My Approach & Philosophy

I was trained in multi-style Yoga in 2019 in Dharamshala, India, with Trimurti Yoga, and also have certifications in Life Coaching and Mindfulness. My training in the serene Himalayan landscapes instilled in me a deep understanding of the ancient traditions and modern adaptations of Yoga.

I teach Hatha Flow combined with a variety of functional movement practices, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness to create an integrated practice that is both grounding and transformative. My approach is holistic, blending physical postures with emotional and spiritual elements to foster an overall sense of balance and well-being.

I believe Yoga is for everyone and can be adapted to suit any body.
